Glad you’re here ❤️

We’re a team that truly cares—bringing warmth, compassion, and a whole lot of fun to every moment.

A letter from our care team...

Hey there 👋

Our journey began not as a business, but as a family navigating the devastating diagnosis of our own child: Sanfilippo Syndrome — a form of childhood dementia.
Like many families in the rare disease community, we were overwhelmed. The NDIS wasn’t designed with children like ours in mind — children who go from walking and talking to being fed through a tube, losing the ability to move, speak, or even swallow.
We learned everything the hard way — how to advocate, what clinical care looks like at home, how to navigate palliative care in a disability system.
That’s why we started this service. Not just to provide care, but to understand it. To walk beside families like ours. To be the kind of provider we wish we had from day one.
Today, we proudly support other families with rare, complex and degenerative conditions across Cairns and Brisbane. Our supports are compassionate, clinically informed, and family-led — because we know that when the right support shows up, it changes everything.’

With all our hearts,
The ADM Team

P.S. Don’t wait too long to feel the difference—we’re here, ready, and so excited to welcome you into the ADM family!

Every Story Matters. Here’s Ours.

Born from love, shaped by understanding—we’re here because we've been there.
